Oh Holy Night Popout

Hi everyone! Today I have another card that I made with my Ultimate Crafter's Companion. The directions for this, and many other unique cards can be found within the book and DVD that is included in the unit.

My card features images from Silent Night (Lizzie Anne Designs). I did a little heat embossing with gold embossing powder, and a little dry embossing with my Allegro Cuttlebug Folder. The dry embossing on the inside uses some decorative borders found on the UCC board. I also used the bow maker on the board for my bow. The Night of Navy on my card front is spritzed with my Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist (Scattered Angels), and the corners are punched with my Deco Edge Corner Chomper.

Stamps: Silent Night (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Card Stock: Night of Navy, Brushed Gold
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: Ultimate Crafter's Companion, Deco Corner Chomper, Allegro Cuttlebug Folder, Label Four Nestabilities, Detail Gold Embossing Powder, Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist (Scattered Angels), Glue Dots, Foam Tape, A Muse Twinkle Sticker, Gold Ribbon (PTI)

This is a gift box I made using the UCC. I could hardly believe how quick and easy making boxes could be. The patterned paper is from the Fruitcake Collection (BasicGrey), and the bird tag is from Love & Joy Labels (Lizzie Anne Designs). I also love the silk ribbon from Sharon Johnson's ribbon (and more) store.

Accordion Sledding Hill

Welcome to a new week, and finally...a card. Surprising, right? It's crazy how quickly I get behind here. Oh well!

Today I have a card with an accordion fold that I made with my Ultimate Crafter's Companion. With the winter months soon upon us, I couldn't help picturing kids sledding down the slope, but found I didn't have the images to complete my card. I began to do a search for the stamps to get the look I wanted (have you ever bought new stamps with a specific project in mind?) I came across the super talented Mel M. M. McCarthy's stamping blog, and noticed a most adorable wintry card. I loved the cute images, and took my chances that they would have the type of sledding stamps I was looking for. Jackpot!

Stamps: Bobby Tumbledore and his scarf take flight (small), Innertubing in the snow, Milo's sled picking up speed (Eat Cake Graphics)
Card Stock:
Bashful Blue, White
Ink: Fresh Snow (PTI), Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic Markers
Accessories: Ultimate Crafters Companion, Wavy Dot Punch (EK Success), Snowflake Borderabilites, Gems, Quickie Glue Pen & Dazzling Diamonds, Bashful Blue Taffeta Ribbon, Glue Dots, Foam Tape

This is the last of my projects that I created for the Flower Soft Project Book and CD review, and it's a snowglobe card. I printed out all of the different images, cut them and layered them with foam tape, added Flower Soft, fit the globe, and adhered together. You may see the wonderful tutorial by Beate right here.

Snowman Snow Scene

Today I have another card that I created using the Flower Soft Snow Globes CD ROM, but this time I thought I would try a little scene without the globe...and I couldn't resist using the adorable little snowman again. I used my Labels Five Nestabilities to die cut the scene and frame. To match up the corners of my base with the dies, I used my new Scallop Corner Chomper that I found at Eclectic Paperie. Texture is added with my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder, and the bow was created using my Bow Easy from Sharon's Stamp Simply Store. This has lots of dimension, and pretty Polar White Flower Soft "snow.

Star Of Wonder Ornament

Oh gosh...here's that ornament I promised a week ago. All of the Halloween events made things busy for a while, then I had to wait until I had the "green light" to post it.

This ornament was made using the new Flower Soft
Globes and Software. The Splitcoaststampers Product Focus Review Team has been busy creating with these new goodies, and have posted our reviews and projects for you all to check out. Let's not forget the tutorials along the right hand column of the main review page, as well.

Stamps/Images: Digital images from Flower Soft Snow Globes CD ROM, Brayton Font (JustRite Stampers)
Card Stock: White (Georgia Pacific)
Ink: Inkjet Printer, Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Display Globe/Polar White Flower Soft & PVA Glue (Flower Soft), Crop-A-Dile & Silver Eyelet, Silver Elastic Cord, Scor-Tape, White Crushed Velvet Ribbon (Basic Black Ribbon Collection from BasicGrey), Glue Dots

The snowman and background were images found on the CD, and the sentiment was stamped with my Brayton Font from JustRite Stampers. I used some crushed velvet ribbon for the borders, and my Crop-A-Dile and a silver eyelet for the hanger (a piece of silver elastic cord).

Spellbinders Ornaments

It's all about ornaments today, and I have a card and decoration for your tree. I made both using various Spellbinder dies, and PaperTrey Ink papers.

To create this card, I used Circle Nestabilities and PaperTrey Ink Gold cardstock. My snowflake strip was die cut with my Snowflake Borderabilites. I adhered the strip with Tombo Multi glue, then trimmed off the edges. The cap and loop were cut freehand, and I scored the ridges with my Scor-Pal. I strung some Gold Elastic Cord through the loop, then tied it. Lastly...I added some Adornit Gems for a little added sparkle.

Card Stock: Gold (PTI), White
Accessories:
Circle Nestabilities, Snowflake Borderabilities, Scor-Pal, Crop-A-Dile, Adornit Gems, Gold Elastic Cord, Tombo Multi Glue

This little tree ornament was created with my Nested Pine Trees Shapeabilities. I used the medium sized tree die with PaperTrey Ink Silver cardstock. I die cut 8 of them, and scored down the centers of each, with my Scor-Pal. I pre-folded each, then adhered them one by one to each other using Scor-Tape. Before adhering the final edges, I used Silver Elastic Cord...tying a knot at the top, and a clear bead from my Pretties Kit on the bottom.

Card Stock: Silver (PTI)
Accessories: Nested Pine Trees Shapeabilities, Scor-Pal, Scor Tape, Silver Elastic Cord, Bead from Pretties Kit

I hope you've enjoyed my projects today, and thanks for stopping by!
